YouTube Shorts, How my videos became viewed from 0 to 1700 views in 28 Hours

So, this video I had once recorded at a mall in Dubai of a huge machine that was being controlled by a remote control by the person walking next to it. I had it on my phone just saved with no thought on it.

I started this success channel for the sake of putting long videos online to save phone storage space (by keeping videos on private ) but I later thought that I can make it public & it was the best idea of all.
